Consider seeking the advice of a trained health care practitioner to diagnose the cause for your tremors.  If they are better holding something, or not holding something ...whether or not you have other subtle symptoms, etc. are important diagnostic questions.  There are also some simple physical tests that can be done in the physician's office.  Supplements such as B-vitamins and fish oil can often help support brain  and central nervous function.  You may also have some nerve compression issues, or perhaps hypoglycemia.  A good history, intake and tests will help identify the cause for your particular symptoms.
