  • Foods rich in garlic can help improve the body's immunity and also help reduce various allergies.
  • Ginger tea is a great way to tackle an itchy throat caused by constant sneezing.
  • When suffering from a cold, it is advisable to completely avoid cold beverages and drink lots of water through the day.

  • Press at the lower outer edge of both the nostrils. Press with medium pressure 30-40 times. This stops sneezing.
  • Take Indian gooseberry powder 1tsp. in 1 cup of water with honey early in the morning on empty stomach for 3 months continuously.
  • Take a homeopathic remedy called Arum triph 30, 5 pills 2 times daily for 15 days.
  • After 15 days take another homeopathic remedy called Arum triph 200, 5 pills once at bed time for 5 days.
