Alternative cures for heat rash -

Drink lot of fluid especially water and hydrate your self.
Take water melon juice as much as possible.
Apply a powder containing marigold and boric powder.
Take a homeopathic medicine called calendula 30, 5 pills 2 times daily for 10 days.
If the rash does not subside then take Sulphur 1m just a single dose.
