Natural remedy to remove mole

How can I remove a mole naturally?
(27 Aug 2007)

Removing a mole naturally from your face is cheap as well as without many side effects. If done correctly, it can work very well for you, and the mole can be completely removed without leaving any marks or scars.

For mole removal at home, make a mixture of baking soda and castor oil apply this paste over the mole that you want to remove.

Apply a bandage over this so that the paste can be kept in place. Replace the bandage every day till the mole is removed completely.

Another natural mole removal method is to put some garlic paste on the mole to be removed. Grind fresh garlic cloves into a paste and apply this on the mole. Leave the paste overnight and wash in the morning. Repeat this till the mole begins to vanish.
You can also apply some fresh pineapple juice on your mole. Do not use store bought or bottled juice, but squeeze fresh juice at home. Soak a cotton ball in the pineapple juice and rub it on the mole every day. Doing so will allow the mole to start fading in due course of time. It will initially diminish in size and eventually disappear altogether.

Suggest some home remedies for mole removal?

Hydrogen peroxide can be used to treat and remove moles. Start off by filing the mole using a nail file. Then apply some Vaseline on the skin surrounding the mole. Proceed with washing the mole with hydrogen peroxide. You can soak a ball of cotton in the peroxide solution and squeeze the cotton ball so that the solution is drained onto the mole. This will sting a little. If the mole is larger, apply some hydrogen peroxide directly on the mole. Keep applying the peroxide till the mole turns white and finally shrinks. You can use this mole removal home remedy before going to bed. Apply a bandage after daubing hydrogen peroxide.

Another one of the efficient natural mole removal remedies is apple cider vinegar. You can apply the vinegar on the mole, but before you do that, moisturize the area around the mole so that it does not get affected. You can also use some iodine tincture on the mole to lighten its color or to shrink it. This may take some time, but iodine tincture is very healthy and does not have any side effects. It will also not sting like the peroxide solution or apple cider vinegar. Always consult a dermatologist before trying the home remedies.

How is castor oil effective for removing moles?

Castor oil has long been known as a great ingredient for both skin and hair care. When applied to a mole several times a day, castor oil can help shrink and remove the mole naturally. Castor oil can be applied to the mole directly, or by mixing it with baking soda. It is advised that you use cold pressed castor oil, as it is much more effective.

Since pure castor oil absorbs much better into the skin, it is also considered much better in treating moles. Pure castor oil is both odorless and tasteless. It is effective on both small and large moles. If you are planning to use castor oil for mole removal, try and use other ingredients with the main ingredient. This will help increase the speed of lightening and shrinking the moles.

Baking soda and castor oil can be mixed to make a poultice that is very efficient in removing skin moles. For every tablespoon of baking soda, add two teaspoons of castor oil. This will make it into a pasty consistency that can be easily applied on the mole. With continued use of the poultice, the mole will begin to scab and it will soon disappear.

What causes moles on skin?

Moles can appear on your skin due to a variety of reasons. The most common causes of moles on the skin include the following.
  • Genetics and Heredity: While anyone can have moles, large clusters of moles on various parts of the skin are often caused due to genetic conditions. If your parents or anyone in the family has a history of lots of moles on their skin, it is likely that you may have it too.
  • Sun Exposure: The leading cause of moles on skin is sun exposure. Moles could begin to appear on your skin if you have prolonged sun exposure. To avoid getting such moles on your skin, wear appropriate protection before venturing out in the sun. Apply some sun block or carry an umbrella to shield your skin from the sun.
  • Hormonal Changes: The rate of formation of moles could increase when you are undergoing hormonal changes. With the increase in release of hormones in the body, your body also speeds up and increases the quantity of melanin produced in the skin. Such concentrations of melanin could ultimately cause you to have increased amounts of moles on your skin. Those suffering from glandular problems most often suffer from such moles on the skin.
