I hope you have proper menstrual cycles and have not much of ovarian cystic problems.
Hair on upper lips can be removed by threading. After bath is a good time as it makes the hair and roots softer.
You can apply apple cider vinegar on the upper lip hairy area for 3 days and keep it there for 2-6 hours.
If this doesn’t work use pure lemon drops and smear over the upper lip and leave it for 2-6 hours.
Then take a cotton swab and start wiping out the upper lip gently in the morning so that the hair comes out easily.
