When treating lice, does lysol kill any active or eggs that may be on pillows, sofa's, or car seats?If this product does't help what would your recommend?

Remedies to treat lice -
Lysol cannot kill any active eggs on pillows and sofas or car seats fully. May be it will do a little good.
You may use boric powder on pillows, sofas or car seats and allow sun light to fall on them directly.
You can spray a black pepper liquid mixture to kill these lice.
