How does urticaria spread? Can it be spread by touch?

Query on urticaria- - Urticaria cannot be spread by touch.
- It is an internal reaction of the body's immune mechanism creating histamine upsurge in the system leading to urticaria.
- This reaction can be due to allergic manifestations due to a food variant, smell or a drug induced reaction or fiber effect.
- Urticaria spreads by more exposure to the same allergen or substance that has led to one spurting rash. This can lead to whole body rash.
