Treatment for acne on cheeks

Acne on cheeks-

• Take early sunlight for vitamin D daily in the morning.
• At night take steam on the cheeks.
• .
  
  
  Eat lot of green, leafy vegetables.
• Avoid all oily, fatty and spicy foods.
• Take a homeopathic medicine called as Calcarea sulph 6 c, 5 pills once at bed time for 10 days. Then wait and watch for 1 month.
• After 1 month take Calcarea sulph 30, 5 pills once at bed time for 5 days. Then stop all medicines and watch out.
