I have tried a lot of home remedies for my pimples but still no improvement. Please suggest the best remedy you know that can help me?

Natural cure for pimples -
Don't try many medications at the same time though they are natural.
Just apply Azadarichta (margosa) leaves and apply on the pimples after washing each leaf .Rub the leaves on the face for 5 minutes and then let it stay for 2 hours, then wash with warm water.
Take a homeopathic remedy calcarea phos 3 X 5 tablets 3 times daily for 2 months.
Take warm water with 10 drops of lemon daily in the morning for 2 months.
