• Take 1 tsp. ginger powder in 1 glass of water. Then after 10 minutes stand on toes and raise high and then step down hard on soles repeat this motion for 11 -15 times.

• Take a homeopathic remedy called as podophyllum 30, 5 pills 2 times daily for 10 days.
