Please suggest some natural remedies to get rid of a yeast infection

Yeast infections can be incredibly painful and lead to embarrassingly frequent trips to restroom. Fortunately, there are some natural things you can do to get rid of them in a hurry! One of the best things you can do is drink lots and lots of cranberry juice. It is crucial that you drink plenty of water as well to help clear your system. However, probably the most effective treatment for a yeast infection is grapefruit seed extract. From personal experience, it is just as nasty as it sounds….but it works within hours! All you have to do is take 15 to 30 drops in a glass of water or juice (I strongly suggest cranberry or grape because it hides the taste) every two hours. This works very quickly and very well. To prevent yeast infections, one of the best things you can do is drink lots of water all of the time. Of course, this will cause you to have to go to the bathroom more frequently, which is also very important. Go when you need to go, don’t wait. This will keep your system clean and prevent infections from developing.
