Keep your bedroom dark and cool and only use it for sleep. No television in the room. Don't exercise anytime close to bedtime.
obviously don't drink coffee or other beverages that contain caffeinee Try a camomile tea or something like "SLeepy Time" tea found in the grocery storee Try meditation or deep breathingg Lie stilland from your feet towards your head (one at a time) start with your feet and squeeze (tighten) them as hard as you can for a few seconds, then let them relax an move on to your calves tightening them and relasing them and keep doing the same as you rise up your bodyyeven do your hands and fingers and your face and headaby the tiem you get to the top you should be able to fall asleepe Also try Melatonin (herbal)r
