Try turning off any kind of heating outlets and artificial cooling as all this can also further lead to the drying out of one’s eyes.

Try also applying a warm compress to one’s eyes. Simply dip a napkin or a towel in a bowl of warm water, then lie down in the supine position and apply the compress over one’s eyes. You could also use rose water to wash your eyes on a daily basis.
