Treatment for warts

My 12 year daughter has several warts on both of her hands. I tried a product from a local store and now her skin is pealing and the warts are still there. What should I do?

Warts are a virus and kids usually grow out of them but they are unsightly when they have them. The skin is probably peeling because the medicine is so strong and you got it on the skin along with the wart. Warts are hard to get rid of I even had my son at the dr.'s and they still came back. They said they would have to have multiple treatments. We used everything over the counter. I had better luck with my daughters. I think the key is to soak them in warm water before you treat them and treat them often.
