Health advice for extremely dry skin

What can i do for extremely dry skin that cracks and peels and bleeds on the ball of my foot and toes and between them what can i use please help

Enrich your diet with fishes, such as mackerel and salmon. Honey is a natural healer, enhancing the complexion. Dead cells are sloughed off by oat meal.


Olive oil helps in softening and soothing dcried and bleeding skin. Yoghurt is a natural cleanser and moisturizer. A mix of avocado and lime juice proves beneficial.
