Reasons for male nocturnal encopresis
What is the cause of adult male nocturnal encopresis?

Fecal soiling or encopresis is common in boys and this involuntary condition might extend to the adult life, the primary causes being, anxiety, increased stress level and constipation. Intentional soiling is due to psychological stress and unintentional soiling is because of constipation.
