Well the best thing that I always use for this problem is vasoline. You can put it on the external and also within the lips of the vagina. It helps with the itching, dryness, and ia a great lubricant.
Vitamin E oil is good too but that's for the internal regions. It makes your skin better, meaning, clearing up blemishes and scars. Vitamin E is a awesome cure for your reproductive system.

It may be used both ways. Often you can just puncture a capsule and use it like a suppository. Vitamin A can also be used in this manner. Dr. Karen Benton, Naturopathic Physician
