Unfortunately, without going on a birth control product that stops your cycle, there is no way to postpone your cycle for four days. It is best to move up whatever the event is so that it misses the time when you are on your period. It is not healthy to try to postpone or mess with your menstrual cycle as this can cause hormone imbalances that can have very serious side effects, including high blood pressure which can lead to fatal strokes.
Your body is an intricate machine that needs all parts functioning on time and flawlessly in order to work correctly. Your hormones are one of the largest and most important parts of your body, even if they are annoying sometimes!
The hormones control everything from migraine headaches, heart trouble, weight gain, mood swings, depression, and regular illness such as the flu to reproduction. This is not something you want to mess with. If your cycle is irregular, then I would suggest seeking the help of a specialist to help you deal with this problem. To simply postpone your cycle for four days is not only impossible, attempting to do so is a serious risk to your immediate and long term health.
