Treatment for vitiligo

i m suferring from vitiligo for 3 yrs taking treatment but no improvement yet.There are patches on my fingers and lips.What can i do to over come the problem?

While the cause of this condition is yet to be discovered by science, it is thought to be caused by a weak immune system.
