The best remedy I have tried for high blood pressure is: tincture of valearian combined with tincture of st johns wort. according to the dose stated on the bottle, put the required amount of drops into a small tumbler from both bottles of tintures.so you have a combination of both herbs in one glass.
add approximately one to two inches of water and sip small mouthfuls at a time swish it around your mouth a few seconds before swallowing. take twice or three times daily for short periods of time: approx one month. This will help reduce blood pressure, but ideally, a less stressful life is much to be desired to lower blood pressure, as well as eating less salt.

I recently wrote an in depth article on how to reduce high blood pressure naturally. Some of the things you can do are: 1. Stop eating meat and eggs. They cause the blood pressure to rise more than any other food. The pressure of your blood is lowered and blood clotting diminished by lowering protein and flesh intake and increasing the fruit content of your diet. 2. Implement a natural diet, consisting of fresh fruits and vegetables, instead of a traditional diet, which will help clean your body of all the poisons it has accumulated. Start your process of healing by living on an exclusive fruit-diet for at least a week, and take fruits at five hours intervals throughout the day. Oranges, apples, pears, mangoes, guava, pineapples, raspberry, watermelon and passion fruit are the best fruits in such cases. Do not take bananas. Milk may be taken after a week of ‘fruits only’ diet. The milk should be fresh and should be boiled only once. 3. Vegetables are also good for someone trying to lower his blood pressure. They should preferably be taken raw. If they are cooked, it should be ensured that their natural juices are not burnt in the process of cooking. Vegetables like cucumber, carrot, tomatoes, onion, radish, cabbage and spinach are best taken in their raw form. They may be cut into small pieces and sprinkled with a little salt and the juice of a lemon added to them so as to make them more palatable.
