Try this home remedy to whiten your teeth at home –
Maintain a regular oral hygiene. Wash your mouth after every meals and brush twice daily. Use a toothpaste containing fluoride for healthy teeth and to prevent tooth decay.
Hydrogen peroxide or baking soda when added to the toothpaste while brushing your teeth will help to whiten them. Use hydrogen peroxide in small quantity as if over done it can cause bruising in the mouth.
Avoid any foods that cause stains on your teeth like tobacco, smoking, strong coffee, strong tea, colas or acidic juices.
