Home Remedy for muscle pain
I actively do yoga 2-3 times a week.Depending on the pose, I feel a burning sensation on the sides of my knees and sometimes on the tops of my feet. Is there a special all-natural cream that will help soothe the pain?

Is the pain you mentioned related to yoga? If so avoid stressing that particular pose which involves pain in your knees and top of the feet. You can try other asanas which will help relieve your condition.
To relieve the muscle pain on the side of your knees and feet, you can massage lightly with tea tree oil. This will help you to relieve the pain.
