It is not always a good idea to lose weight very quickly. It can make you very sick. Most professionals say that the best rate at which to lose weight is 2 pounds per week.


However, some "weight" you can lose right away is water weight. This will make you feel better and appear slimmer. Another way to lose weight very quickly is by doing a colon cleanse to remove impacted waste from the intestines.


Sometimes this waste can be stuck to the wall of the intestines for as long as 20 years. This causes a number of things, including illness and weight gain or inability to lose weight effectively.

 

To lose water weight, you should plan on drinking lots of water, 64 ounces a day, depending on your age and gender. Colon cleanses usually take 7 to 10 days, they are not the most fun things to do, but the health and weight loss benefits are absolutely amazing. On average, a person loses 10 to 15 pounds of old waste from their intestines over the course of a colon cleanse. This is obviously great for weight loss, but imagine how much better you will feel without all of the toxins leeching into your system through the wall of your intestines.
