How do I get rid of sun spots?

Dabbing cider vinegar with cotton balls for 10 minutes, twice a day helps. Topical application of lemon juice proves beneficial. Technological improvement has resulted in intense pulsed light (IPL).
This is a procedure dealing with light of different wavelength and is devoid of complications.
