Treatment for Eczema
Is there any safe remedy for eczema on the upper and lower eyelids.It is itchy, scaly and often breaks open and bleeds, it is also spreading to the nose, eyebrows and forehead areas

You will probably have to see your doctor. I do know a friend who used sunlight and sunlamps to help with it.
