Getting stretch marks during pregnancy largely depends on heredity and your skin type. The only way to avoid stretch marks is to prevent them.

  • Weight loss after pregnancy should be a planned process by combining diet and exercise together.


    Be focused; lose not more than ½ kg per week.
  • Massage vitamin E oil over your tummy liberally after taking a shower. 
  • To tone your skin muscles, and keep them firm regular exercise will be of great help.


  • Mix ½ cup coco butter, 1 tsp apricot kernel oil, 1 tsp wheat germ oil, 1 tsp vitamin E oil and 2 tsp grated bees wax. Heat this mixture till cocoa butter and bees wax melt and apply this cream on your stretch marks.
