Lots of finly minced fresh garlic (1 head) was soaked in mineral oil for at least 24 hours. About 2 tesapoons of the oil were added to 1 pint of water in which 2-1/4 tablespoons of Palmolive soap had been dissolved. This was throroughly stirred, then strained into a glass container for storage.
When used as a spray,1-2 tablespoons of the oil mix was blended into one pint of water. The results were astonishing!
