A simple home remedy is: Take half a cup curd(yogurt) and add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder to it. mix well and take early morning empty stomach. Do this for five days.
Avoid oily food, spicy food, fried food, bakery, meat, eggs. IN case you are allergic to yogurt, take pulp of one inch piece of aloe vera leaf, add 2-3 pinches Saindhav salt and 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder to the pulp, mix well and take early morning empty stomach. Do this for 10 days.
