Remedy for Restless Leg Syndrome

What helps with restless leg syndrome?

Magnesium and calcium are the most important.  Also stay away from sugar, caffeine  in the evening, and some medications that might be causing these symptoms.  

I mix a spoon of peanut butter in milk and warm it, drink it just before bed and take meletonian,  Valerian and turmeric.


  It has really helped me.
