Advice on B12 deficiency.This is the water soluble vitamin that is synthesized from Cyanocobalamin.It is very essential for brain and nervous system functioning .
It's deficiency can lead to memory lapse,numbness ,weakness ,crampy feeling etc.Anaemia or lack of Haemoglobin contribute to this deficiency. Remedy for Vit B12 deficiency are;- 1)Do not take water 1 hour before and 1 hour after food . 2)Do Pranayam in Yoga and this will generate Vit B12 naturally from the liver cells.
3)Take ample of dairy products like Milk,butter,clarified butter . 4)Take naturally rich products like Aloe vera or spirulina . 5)Cinnamon 1tsp with 1tsp honey is an ideal enhancer of VitB12 .
