1. You are either in depression or another mental tension ,please get out of your routine for 3 days to some weekend picnic with family or friends. 2. Live life fullest ,but at a medium pace .Eat and drink well but in proportion do not over eat as it may also lead to exertion and sickness of all types.
3. Take few minutes of each day in praying and meditation of any kind or try helping the needy or going to the hospital to visit a totally unknown patient and counsel him .
