Lifting weights is a good way to start the weight loss routine. Many people think that lifting weights only give you muscles and makes you stronger but there is in fact a lot more to it than that. When you lift weights you burn a lot of calories and energy which means your metabolism will speed up and will stay that way for a few hours even after the exercise routine.

If you are able to run, running sprints also play a big role in loosing weight quickly. Running makes you sweat quite hectically which means you are burning calories and losing weight.

You don’t have to eat less and starve yourself in the process; you just need to take note of what you are eating.

It’s not how much you eat, it’s what you eat. It is difficult but try and swap that burger and fries for fresh fruit and low fat yoghurt. Make sure you have fruit and vegetables everyday, and have dinner at least three hours before you go to bed at night. Losing weight doesn’t happen overnight, you have to have patience and stick to the routine if you would like positive results.
