Cracked Feet Treatment
When you have washed and thoroughly dried your feet, apply vegetable oil to the cracked areas. Rub in as much oil as you can as your feet are most likely going to absorb a lot of it. Be sure to do this over the bath as it can become very messy.
When your feet have absorbed as much oil as they can, put on a pair of thick socks. This is best done at night as then you can get into bed and rest your feet. Leave the oil on overnight and wash your feet the next morning. Do this every night until you see positive results.
Other home remedies for cracked feet - You can also rub the pulp of a banana onto the dry and cracked areas of your feet, leave this on for approximately ten minutes and then wash with soap.
- Try soaking your feet in lemon juice for ten minutes everyday until you feel that the method is becoming effective.
- You can also try mixing a teaspoon of Vaseline with some lemon juice and applying this to the feet on a daily basis.
- It is advised that you only do these things when you have finished bathing or showering and are getting ready for bed, make sure your feet are clean and dry before applying any kind of moisturizer.
