Remedies to prevent hair loss
I have fine hair and am still losing quite a lot of hair daily. My mum has very fine hair too; I know it might be in the genes but is there any remedies or treatments to prevent further hair loss or to gain regrowth?

Remedies to Prevent Hair loss
The fact is that there is no way one can prevent hair loss. However, there are methods that have worked for a few people, and maybe they will work for you, too. - Massaging your scalp for a few minutes everyday will stimulate blood flow to your follicles.
This will, in mild cases, allow hair growth where hair has been lost. You could also look at the electric massagers that help increase blood circulation to the head.
- Aroma therapists use 6 drops of the following ingredients: bay essential and lavender oils in 113. 4 grams of either: sesame, soybean or almond oil.
Massage the mixture into your scalp and leave it for about 20 minutes to help stimulate it. - Sage and Rosemary are the two herbs that have had traditional benefits. Boil sage, rosemary, nettle, burdock and peach leaf in water, strain the herbs and wash your hair with the water once a day.
- Aloe Vera is one ingredient Indians and Native Americans have used to stop hair loss. Aloe heals your scalp, cleans your pores, and at the same time balances your scalp’s pH level. Prepare by mixing the Aloe gel and wheat-germ oil (tiny amount) with some coconut milk. The three ingredients make a homemade shampoo that promises great benefits.
