How do I get rid of a bruise

Remedy to treat bruises- 1. Do cold fermentation immediately on the bruised part. 2.
Apply a thick cream made from turmeric and coconut oil. 3. Take a homeopathic remedy called as Arnica montana 200 1 dose of 5 pills every 3 hourly for 1 day then follow up with 1 dose of Arnica 1m powder dose once bed time daily for 3 days. 4. You can even apply a pomade made from Arnica montana mother tinture 2 times on the bruise.
