Advice for vaginal discomfort

I have been repeatedly going to the Dr for vaginal discomfort. I have been on numerous antibiotics & yeast treatments, was told to take alpha strep. What do I need to do to get rid of this?

In order to "get rid of this", you need to change your "terrain."  "Unfriendly" bacteria and/or yeast can only proliferate in an environment that supports them.  The antibiotics have also killed your friendly flora which protects from other overgrowth.

Often vaginal symptoms occur when other organs of elimination are overloaded.

You can change your terrain by eating whole unprocessed foods with a minimum of caffeine and sugars (e.g.

Anti-Inflammatory food choices which eliminate the top ten foods to which most people have food sensitivities.) supporting your immune system through natural therapies such as castor oil packs, dry skin brushing, hydotherapy etc., aiding elimination through drinking a sufficient amount of pure filtered water, exercise and other therapies (lymphatic massage, saunas, etc.) and rebuilding your friendly flora through the use of probiotics and other targeted supplements.  Please seek the advice of a trained health care practitioner to help you develop a plan that will address your overall health rather than just palliating your symptoms.  http://www.countrydoc.com
