For those who are born with fair skin, ensuring that it stays that way and does not get blemished, scarred or tanned requires some effort. As a person ages they lose their pink and white complexions to acne, sun damage, Rosacea and damage done by the environment and its pollutants. For the fair skinned there are various home remedies and natural treatments that one can use to help in keeping the skin fair.
How to become fair for men as also how to get fair skin for men are as common as how to get fair for women. Some of the main steps towards fair skin for men are for them to stay out of the sun’s harsh rays as much as possible. The sun causes one’s skin to darken and tan. Even post the suntan fading, the person’s skin tends to become ruddier and darker over a long period of time. This tanning in the sun also leaves one’s skin feeling damaged, burned and blotched. Skin when exposed to the harsh UV rays of the sun also is more susceptible to skin cancer. Another tip on how to become fair in few days is the use of fair skin cream. When the person is travelling outside one should always ensure that they are using a suitable sun screen and also wearing a hat with a wide brim. This helps in keeping the strong sun away from the person’s face. The indirect rays of the sun can also leave one’s skin feeling damaged and darkened. It is recommended that one use a face pack once in a while to help in soothing the skin and removing a tan. Some of the most effective face packs that one can use to help in soothing the skin are a papaya face pack. This is a very good home remedy for one’s face tan. Another useful home remedy is to apply a pack made from gram flour. Try mixing three tablespoons of gram flour along with a teaspoonful of rose water and a dash of honey. You could also add a little water to achieve a thick consistency in the resulting paste. This mixture should be applied on one’s skin all over the body for 15 to 20 minutes. Then wash the mixture off with warm water and pat dry. Sandalwood is another useful ingredient used in most home remedies for skin lightening or fair skin maintenance.
