Advice on infant spitting after meals

I have a four-month-old daughter and she constantly spits up after her meals. We saw a doctor about this. She is on an antacid, but its not helping. Is there anything else that I can do to help her?

Advice on infant spitting after meals-

1. Just check that you take the child abreast during feeds and after top feeds just hold her in your arms pressing her abdomen on your chest straight the classical picking up pose and pat on her back.

2. Give apple cider vinegar 2 drops to the baby before the feeds. Just once or twice in a day.

3. Give a homeopathic remedy called as belladonna 30 1 powder dose for 3 nights.

4. Follow up with cina 1m 1 dose after 10 days of belladonna last dose. It's a homeopathic medicine.
