Diet for hypothyroid - 1. Take a non- oily non spicy, non salty diet. 2. Drink lots of water about 16-20 glasses per day. 3. Avoid cabbage, rutabaga, kale, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, African cassava mustard greens, spinach, peaches, pears, strawberries, millet and radishes.
4. Take virgin coconut oil 1 tsf in 1 cup milk daily once in the morning for 1 month.
