Remedy to treat IBS- 1. Consume light foods free from oil and avoid non-veg for about 3 months. 2. Avoid drinking water 1/2 an hour before and 1 hour after meals. 3. Take a homeopathic remedy called as Staphysagria 30 5 pills once at bed time daily for 10 days.
Then wait and watch for 1 month. 4. If IBS still persists take another remedy called Sulphur 200 2 powder doses at a gap of 3 days.
