Cure for underarm sweating
how can I control underarm sweating with a home remedy

Sweating is a natural process which helps to cool down the body. Excessive sweating often takes place in the underarm region. There are some natural ways to prevent excess sweating in the underarms.
- Combine one cup of sea salt, one cup of baking soda and one cup of borax. Also add a few drops of any essential oil such as peppermint, lavender, geranium or lemon oil. Add some of this mixture to a warm bath and soak in it for about ten minutes. Bath salts help to unblock the skin pores and get rid of impurities. You can even use this remedy with cool water in the summertime.
- Pour thirty drops of any essential oil and four ounces of red vinegar in an airtight bottle. Shake well and keep aside for a week so that the essential oil mixes well with the vinegar. Pour three tablespoons of the mixture into your bath daily.
- Steam is helpful in opening up the pores and draining toxins from the body. You can take a steam bath in the morning or evening to get rid of excessive sweating and body odor. Make sure to also drink plenty of water to stay hydrated.
- Make a homemade body powder by combining four tablespoons of sandalwood powder, a few drops of each of jasmine and sandalwood oil and half a cup of any powder base. Cover, shake and keep aside for a few days so that the oils penetrate the powders. You can apply this to underarms after a bath.
If the problem does not seem to solve you should consult your doctor who will prescribe some medication or powder to treat the condition.

Try applying white vinegar soaked in a cotton ball to your underarms after a bath. The smell of vinegar will vanish in a few minutes, while keeping the body odor at bay as well.
