In order to stop loss of hair and promote healthy hair growth you first need to take stock of what you eat.  A diet rich in proteins is a must as proteins contain certain important amino acids which are the basic building blocks for hair growth. Drink lots of water, as even your scalp and hair need moisture and it pays to keep them well-hydrated.


  Keep hair clean at all times, avoid blow drying and abstain from using strong chemical products for your hair. If you follow these guidelines, you will gradually but surely see the difference in the quality and quantity of your hair.

!st of all start by brushing your hair in a forward motion back to front.

Get yourself a paddle brush and when you rub it across the palm if your hand make sure it feels good.

Take and brush your hair back to front in the morning and at night.

Within two weeks the hair that is on your head Will be Thicker.

And you might be starting to feel a little growth.

Also dilute your shampoo.Some shampoo's plug pores.

Don't give up.

What you need to do is wake up the scalp. so the hair can get thru. 

So,  get a paddle brush(with rubber base )tips rounded

Brush in a forward motion day and night

get a good shampoo meaning no chemicals

And you are on your way!!!!!!!!!
