Remedy to treat pulled groin muscle-

1. Just lie down straight and take deep slow breaths for 1/2 an hour.

2. Ask someone to pull the thumb of the foot upwards and also stretching the foot of the patient, pulling towards himself. The foot on that side where groin is pulled.

This will relax the groin muscles.

3. Take a homeopathic remedy called as mag phos 30 5 pills 3 times daily for 3 days.

4. If the above medicine gives less relief then take another homeopathic remedy rhus tox 200 5 pills 2 times daily for 3 days.
