Take a piece of soft charcoal and frind/pound it to a fine powder. Strain the powder through a fine cloth (muslin). Take 1 tsp and apply this powder to teeth with index finger for 5-10 minutes every morning. Do this for one month and strains should go. To avoid staining further continue to use this powder.

Charcoal powder absorbs the bad odor and cleans the nictotine stains caused by smoking. One may also add powder of sea salt, camphor, amorphous alum to this powder to kill bacteria infections in teeth.
