1. Avoid all spicy and heat causing food; e.g. chillies, pepper etc. 2. Take bottle gourd juice, 50-100 ml at breakfast time.
Pumpkin juice may be alternated to give some change. 3. If you can get good quality herbs, powder of amalaki and bhringraj, mixed equally and licked three times a day will help. Must be taken for 18 months. 4. Ready to consume ayurvedic remedies: Perennail Ghrutam 1/2 to 1 tsp in warm milk morning and at bedtime/ Smrutisagar Ras tablet 2 - 2 slight chew and swallow with the milk in which Perennail Ghrutam is mixed already.
