Dear Gagandeep,Tummy reduction can be achieved by diet control, regular exercise and patience. You are advised to cut down on fried foods, sweets, pastries and other high-calorie foods. Incorporating a high fiber, low-calorie diet (lots of salads, fruits and drinking lots of water) is the way to go.
Such a diet coupled with regular exercise is sure to help you achieve your target. Take to exercises that will specifically help you tone up your abdominal muscles such as ab crunches. Brisk walking and certain asanas in Yoga are also very helpful.
Consistency and perseverance in relation to both diet and exercise is the key.
