For swollen legs and feet during pregnancy, here are a few things that you can do at home - - Avoid standing for long periods at a stretch, take short breaks and sit to ease the strain on your legs.

5in">Soak your feet in warm water with salt for at least 15 minutes. This will relax your leg and feet muscles and ease discomfort. - After the soak, gently massage your legs and feet with aromatherapy oils - The combination you could use is 3 drops of lavender oil mixed with 3 drops each of Cypress and Juniper.
- Keep your feet at a height while sleeping or relaxing at home, place them on a couple of soft pillows or cushions.
- Incase of persistent swelling, consult and take the advice of your gynecologist.
