part 1: There are a number of factors that could be contributing to your wife's high blood pressure including: lifestyle, hormones, her kidney disease, and diet.
One natural alternative for high blood pressure is Hawthorn Berry. This herbal supplement regulates blood pressure as needed, both up and down.
The effects of Hawthorn can be felt within 15 or 20 minutes and if it taken daily, it can replace harmful and addictive blood pressure medications completely. Some other nutrients that help reduce blood pressure:
- Grape Seed Extract-This powerful antioxidant helps to maintain healthy blood pressure by improving vein health and
- dialation.
- Minerals-A combination of potassium, magnesium, and calcium are crucial for lowering blood pressure and maintaining healthy blood pressure levels.
They also help support the circulatory system and the heart to offset any damage caused by extended period of high blood pressure. - Soy Protein-Soy protein has proven itself in studies to significantly lower blood pressure.
- Garlic-Garlic is another key nutrient to help prevent and cure high blood pressure. It is also key to heart attack prevention by cleaning out the buildup in arteries and blockages that can cause a heart attack or a stroke.
- Another thing that should be looked at is natural hormone therapy for progesterone. Higher estrogen levels can cause high blood pressure among other things. It would be best to see a natural health specialist before undertaking a natural hormone therapy.
Part 2: Your wife's kidney disease can be treated in a number of different ways. An internal cleanse might be suggested by a natural health specialist to clear the kidneys of any toxins and, as always, it is good to drink plenty of clean water each day to help flush the toxins out of the kidneys. Dietary changes such as lowering protein, sodium, phosphorus, and increasing the level of vitamins and minerals taken on a daily basis. A comprehensive multivitamin/mineral as well as additional Vitamin B (12,6, and Folic Acid) are crucial to kidney health. Iron supplement is especially important to prevent anemia.
