Tuberculosis is a wind borne and serious disease, if not treated promptly the condition could be fatal. Medical attention should be given as soon as possible.
It is transferred from an infected individual to another by coughing, sneezing, spitting and mucus discharge.
If you want to prevent yourself from catching this disease, one has to take extreme precaution in public places. The infected person must avoid venturing outdoors to prevent the risk of spreading the sickness to others. The infected person's clothes, utensils and so on should be disinfected and must not be used by other members. There are numerous home remedies that are effective in the treatment of tuberculosis
- Indian gooseberry is useful in treating tuberculosis. Mix 1 teaspoon each of Indian gooseberry (indian gooseberry) juice and honey and drink it every morning.
