The best way to ease a pinched nerve is to massage the area, you can use an oil consisting of Rosemary, which helps ease the pain a little faster.

Seek out help from a local Chiropractor or Naturopathic Doctor who will heat your muscles up first and applies massage to the area before he manipulates your neck. Monthly massages can also help keep you muscles relaxed and prevent your vertebrae from going out of alignment which impinges on your nerves. Take Care, Bonnie Marsh, ND
